You are responsible for the investment decisions made in your accounts. Where the platform proposes or routes trades, you remain in control of what is reviewed, approved, and executed.

2. Use of the platform

Subject to these terms and your subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Celestice platform for your own investment and business purposes.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, reverse engineering the service, reselling or redistributing access without our written consent, or using the platform in violation of applicable law or the rights of others.

3. Data ownership and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the data you provide or connect to the platform. You grant us the rights needed to process that data to deliver, secure, and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Celestice platform, software, models, and materials remain the intellectual property of Celestice Finance AI Inc. You may not claim ownership of the platform or its underlying technology, whether modified or unmodified.

4. Warranty disclaimer

The platform and its outputs are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any analysis, optimization, or projection will achieve any particular investment result. Markets involve risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. Account termination and suspension

Celestice reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of these terms or applicable law
• Abusive, fraudulent, or malicious behavior toward Celestice staff or other users
• Unauthorized access, resale, or distribution of the platform
• Involvement in hacking, spamming, or other illegal activity
• Security threats due to account compromise or unauthorized credential sharing

Where possible, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue first.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and regulations evolve. Material changes are communicated to account owners, and continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Privacy

We value your privacy. Celestice does not sell or rent your personal information. Your data is used to operate the platform and meet our legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
